Arrange files inside a zip archive

A very useful feature (for the users of the new epub format (which is a simple zip file)) would be if PA allows arrangement of files inside the zip archive (useful after a file modification or addition of new files inside the zip).

It would be enough if users could put a specific file (mimetype) first in the zip table or at least if PA doesn't change the order of files inside the zip (preserve the place of edited files and add the new files at the end of the zip table).
