Blinking PA window a few times after the start

When I open an archive, PA window always blinks several times. It looks like PA window start with default WXP skin, then quickly "blinks" several times(for about 2 seconds) and finally remains still in selected skin.
This is happening only when the "blue" skin is set.
With another skin set, PA starts normally(doesn't blink). Even though firstly shows the default skin before the selected, but this is probably normal.

With other skins than "blue" PA blinks too.
Firstly it looks like this is happening only with blue skin, but know I found out, that with other skins too.

our skin engine will change in 9.6, so you wont have this issue anymore. I am closing this thread.
