What went wrong?

Tell us what didn't work for you — feature missing, bug, performance issue, UX friction, or you just moved to a different tool. We may contact you to get more detail on issues you experienced.
  • Direct to engineering — not a tier-1 ticket queue. Real triage on real issues.
  • No follow-up sales contact — uninstall feedback is product feedback, full stop.
  • Anonymous OK — leave the email field blank if you prefer. We just won't be able to update you when the issue is fixed.
  • Reinstall any time — your trial / license is still valid. Get the installer.
  • If you uninstalled because of a specific issue

    • Couldn't activate your license — use Order Recovery for an instant lookup by email.
    • Bug you'd like to report — file via support (separate queue, faster triage).
    • Missing featuresuggest it directly instead — that goes to the product backlog.
