New YouTube tutorials, award winners

Dear users,

Back in May we asked you to send us your suggestions for new YouTube tutorials. You sent them and we picked the winners – Mike and David. They suggested tutorials for customizing shell extensions and compression profiles, as well as updating files inside Encrypted archives.
