Most reseller transactions go through this path: a quick email with your end client's order details, we process the quote at the standard 25% discount, you place the order.     Quote includes the standard 25% off list reseller discount on top of any volume tier the order qualifies for. We respond same-business-day for typical configurations; complex Enterprise Unlimited deals or custom MSI lockdown specs may take 1–2 days to size correctly.

  • Place the order

    Pay via PO, NET-30 (for established companies), or your preferred channel terms. We supply branded order confirmation to your end client. Drop-ship registration and direct delivery to end client both supported. End client receives standard PowerArchiver licensing, indistinguishable from a direct purchase.

    Apply for a full account when volume justifies it

    For ongoing partnerships at consistent annual volume. The standard 25% email-quote path works fine for most resellers; a full Premium Reseller account adds portal-based ordering, larger discounts at scale, deal registration, and a dedicated channel point-of-contact.

    What's the standard reseller discount?

    25% off list, applied on top of any volume tier the underlying order qualifies for. Stack: list price → volume tier discount (10+ seats) → reseller 25%. The 25% is flat across all SKUs (Business / Professional / Professional Toolbox / Enterprise / Enterprise Unlimited / add-ons). No application needed — just email a quote request.

    What goes in the quote request email?

    Reseller / company name, end client's organization, edition + quantity needed (e.g. "Professional × 25 seats" or "Enterprise Unlimited at 2,000 users"), your reseller contact details. If it's a competitive situation or has a deadline, mention that. We follow up if anything's missing. Send to resellers@conexware.com.

    When should I apply for a Premium Reseller account instead?

    If you're moving consistent annual volume — typically several deals per quarter — the Premium account makes sense: portal-based ordering eliminates the email round-trip, larger discounts kick in at higher volume, and deal registration protects your work on Enterprise Unlimited opportunities. For one-off or occasional reseller transactions, the standard 25% email path is faster and simpler.

    Can I sell to government, education, and enterprise accounts?

    Yes. The 25% reseller discount applies across all verticals. Government routes via GSA / SEWP — Enterprise Unlimited deployments are common in this channel. Educational discounts apply on top of reseller pricing for qualifying institutional clients (we'll handle the stacking in the quote). Commercial enterprise (per-seat $59.95 or Enterprise Unlimited from $4,995) handled via the same email-quote flow. No channel-conflict restrictions.

    Bundling PowerArchiver with my own services or products?

    Bundling with your own services (managed IT, security operations, deployment) is supported under the standard reseller path.
