Each file in separate zip file
I am using the Free vesion backup feature. Is it possible to put each file in a separate zip file?

PowerArchiver Backup doesn't support this, sorry.
However, you could produce individual archives using the Batch option/command (if available in free version) and then manually (or use Backup to schedule) to "store" the archives where you want.
