Compress to filename/ (multiple archives into separate folders)

Using Windows Explorer, with the dir-tree in the left window, I'd like to select a few
directories in the right window panel and zip them using the directoryname as zip-file.

e.g. I have a number of directories in a 'temp-dir'.
In the explorer right window panel I select a few and RMB-zip them, incl. subdirs, etc.

In the ShellExtentions - there is an option to _extract_ to filename/ (multiple archives
into separate folders).

What about adding: Compress to filename/ (multiple archives into separate folders) ??
