Windows 98 CD Cabs not properly detected

The Windows 98 Cab files are not detected properly by PowerArchiver 9.20.

Files are listed that are not included as part of the archive.

However when I use Microsoft Cabarc -l "nameofcab" the files are listed properly. Also WinRar lists the files inside those cabs properly.

Anyone else experiencing this major problem?
