minor bug with config window

A user opens the config window. Clicks on update. Runs patchbeam. Then, whether you cancel (the config window) or hit the 'X' (within the config window), it minimizes PA without closing the config window. To get the config window closed, I have to unminimize PA and then close the config window.

Seems it also happens with other changes in the config window. But always happens after clicking the update button.

Would be nice to close the config window w/o closing (or minimizing) PA.

Obviously, nothing major. This goes WAY does the list of changes.
