not sure whats going on yet, keep in mind that cabinet.dll is from Microsoft, it should all work well unless They changed something.

Nope still doesn't work I took dll from 2007 I get error in setup after I press next in the driver set.

Any news we can do team viewer show you it's not working on windows 8 64bit pro edition.

Any news updated on re compressing cab support on windows 8 pro 64bit? I'm still having same issue I have go to windows 7 to get around compress my drivers make sure the cab support setup works.

i was just talking to Ivan (head engineer), and we will try something for next update just to make sure we cover all the bases, and it is not an Win8 issue.

Check the temp I when I recompress my cab support with my driver I still get the error on windows 8 pro 64bit. PA 297C.tmp, PA297E.tmp, PA23A8.tmp PA23AA.tmp PA23AC.tmp PA23AE.tmp PA23B0.tmp I hope that helps maybe something wrong with the tmp in windows 8?

Any updated guys it's been a month or two? I really don't want keep booting to windows 7 work on my drivers.

email me please and lets see... beta should be this week or next, still working on things.

Please understand - it is all about cabinet.dll from Microsoft, it doesnt have to do anything with PA itself... we just tell cabinet.dll what to do, and it is same on any system, no special code for any version of Windows.

Ya Like I said it's weird bug on my system that all. Windows 7 works great windows 8 not so good with cab support compress.
