PatchBeam seems broken in both ZTE and PA

Not sure what its doing, but if I try and update PA or ZTE using PatchBeam it doesnt do anything. Do a repair install on PA you think? Wasnt sure if ZTE broke PA's PatchBeam or not.

older installations of ZTE (before .14) corrupted Patchbeam upon uinstallation and PowerArchiver entries for Patchbeam (sometimes just one thing, sometimes both). Current version doesnt corrupt PA's Patchbeam nor Patchbeam itself, but Drazen still hasnt set up server side parameters for ZTE Update via Patchbeam. Will be soon hopefully...

I did a repair install of PA 2011 and it seems to be happy now as far as PatchBeam goes.
