PBS "archive attribute" settings prevent "full" backup

PA2004 retains a bug in previous versions that I (still) wish would get fixed. I use PA's PBS files to periodically backup project folders. In a typical "full" backup, I want to be able to archive all files in an entire folder (even if the archive attribute of a file is NOT set), then reset the archive attribute of all archived files. PA prohibits me from doing this because it enables the "clear archive attribute" check box only when the "add only if archive attribute is set" check box is checked. So if I want to use PA to archive all files, I have to reset the archive attributes "manually" after the fact. Please make the "clear archvie attribute" check box available even if the "add only if archive attribute is set" check box is cleared. Thank you.
