How long is the wait for PowerArchiver 2011 to be released as public beta?

I currently have PowerArchiver 2010 Professional. I noticed YouTube has a video on PowerArchiver 2011 and it says PowerArchiver 2011 Toolbox on the title bar. How much would it cost to upgrade from PowerArchiver 2010 Professional to PowerArchiver 2011 Toolbox? Will there be three editions of PowerArchiver 2011; Standard, Professional, and Toolbox?

Prices have not been announced yet. Will have to wait for the release (or nearer to it).

Which type of user will the toolbox edition be targeted for and what features will it have that the professional version won't have?

Well, there are two videos on Youtube as a hint to a couple of features (the latest ones UAC & VSS) but not regarding which "flavour".
The actual breakpoints are still to be announced, guess "those who might know" aren't allowed to state specifics - yet.

Edit: Look (very) carefully at the videos - some things can be seen that are not mentioned in the commentaries.

What time zone will PowerArchiver 2011 be released this Monday? Does the Toolbox edition include third party software bundle?

PowerArchiver 2011 Pro Legacy
Version 12.00 released Mar 7, 2011
What does "Pro Legacy" mean? How can I purchase an upgrade from Pro Legacy to Toolbox? I don't see the available upgrade options in my account.
