7zip sfx files

can not open these files with powerarchiver why not

any wise installation program is actually a 7zip sfx file.

latest beta version.

example of the wise installation i was reffering to is the powerdesk 8 installation univeral extractor and 7zip file manager recognised it as 7zip sfx but pa didnt
