SQX Format

Hello,

would it be posibble to add the SQX - Compression format?
(http://www.sqx-archiver.com/ or http://www.sqx-archiver.de/)

I know i could do it my self via a Plugin - and in fact there exists a Plugin for that - "TotalSQX" - The Plugin works also with Powerarchiver, so with it i can Open and Extract SQX Files. The Problem is even the Plugin also allows the Creation of the Archives and Adding files to an exisiting Archiv - that doesn't work in Powerarchiver.

It is my Favorite Compression format wich is almost as good as 7z - and has Recovery Records and allows the Archive to be Signed so the other User can check if the Archiv has been tampered with (or is Truly of the Person wo send it).

Also I hope this Format can be put into Powerarchiver or the Plugin Interface gets extended to allow also the creation of Archives in Powerarchiver via the Plugins.

Hello,

Yes. I know - wich i pointed out.
I also know there is a plugin availible.
But with the plugin i can only Extract SQX-Archives and not create them (wich is supported by the plugin).

All i'd like to see that the plugin Interface gets Extended to allow Compression of the Pluginformats.

I like (need) and use the Signatur and the Recovery Records of the SQX Archives very often - specially the Signature.

RAR has this feature to but RAR can not be created via Powerarchiver.

If you could add Sigantures and Recovery-Records to 7z i'd use 7z. But at the Moment there are no Signatures and Recovery-Records in 7z. And last time i looked it also wasn't planed at the moment.

SQX has this features is nearly as good in Compression as 7z and on my PC faster than 7z (not the Powerarchiver-Implementation).

So please extend the plugin Interface to allow the Compression of the Plugin Formats.
