Installing latest version PA Pro 11.3

When I open the pa exe to install, I see the extracting message and then I get a small screen box "7-ZIP Access is Denied".

I've had some odd system problems here lately, but perhaps someone has some ideas as to what's causing this?

Got it! This was an installtation and privileges problem in XP caused by an Acronis TI system restore.

When do we get a Unix/Linux version of PA to match a first class app. to a more stable OS?
