PA 2009 B3 - Minimize Ribbon

Using Modern Interface (obviously ).
I had activated Minimize the ribbon on Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) with PA Beta 2.

However, after upgrading PA to B3 I am unable to turn minimize OFF ! The ribbon stays minimised everytime I restart PA whether I turn off in QAT dropdown or if I select it in the right click menu.

does it happen again if you reset to defaults and try again?

it could be that we changed some settings in b3...

After reset to defaults it is working OK now.
