PACL 5 does not register with PACL4 keys

The PACL 4 codes did not work in PACL 5 except for PACLREG itself and PACL 5 still said Shareware Version when I try to run the PACL 5 tools even though PACLREG said it registered the other .EXE files after entering the name and the PACL 4 code and then when I try to run PACLREG again I get a message PACL is already registered, thank you. Only PACLREG said Registered Version, Licensed to Keith Weisshar but the other .EXE it modified still said Shareware Version.

Are you using Vista?
I'm using XP and have done the registration within an folder on my Desktop. Maybe you have to turn off UAC temporally for this action or launch PAREG.exe as Administrator.
