How can we create plugins for use with powerarchiver?

what i would like is to create more plugins in different formats at the moment u only allow one type of plugin via powerarchiver i would love to see more plugin extensions.

Also i would like to know how to create plugins that work with powerarchiver as a lot of total commander plugins are total commander specific. Which means they dont run in powerarchiver.
