encryption default options

I would like my users to be able to right click on a file and then select compress and encrypt or compress and email using winzip or 7zip encryption instead of pae which is only compatible with power archiver. Also it would be usefull if by right clicking you could create an sfx archive with encryption instead of having to zip, then open, then select encyption and select sfx. Are these features already available? if not they would be most welcome.
