Unable to extract archive with chinese/japanese characters.

Whenever I come across filename with chinese or japanese characters, PA2007 will not work (right click). I have to rename the file to make it work. Is there a workaround for this? Don't tell me that i have to install chinese (sim), chinese (tra) and japanese 3 versions....
Why can't PA2007 support unicode?
