Error Levels / Spanning Compat.

Wow, two in one day!!

Also curious as to what the errorlevels returned back from pacomp and others are.

Also, I noticed in the manual.txt that spanned zips "may not" be compatible with other zip programs.

??? Are they or not and if not with some then which ones?
