Problem with NTFS compressed drives

I have found a rather strange problem with PACOMP working on an NTFS drive that has compression turned on. It seems that any file that does not have the "archive" attribute set will not be added to the archive. I am using PACL 3.50 but have tested under 4.00 beta and it doesn't work there either. I am NOT using the new "aa" option.

If I disable compression even just for the folder I am trying to archive it will then work with any file regardless of the "archive" attribute.

Is this a bug or is there something I need to do to get PACOMP to archive all files in the folder, regardless of the "archive" attribute?
