2007/B3 Minor Bug
In windows explorer, right click on a zip file==>Extract to. The Extract to location is always at the default instead of the last extracted location or a location as set in the options==>Folders==>Default Extraction Location. That setting does not seem to work.

Very nice job on 2007!
