9.5 Skins under 9.6 & Skin Request

Is it not possible to use 9.5 SKN files under 9.6?

The new skin engine is nice but performance wise, I prefer the more simple skins such as Longhorn for 9.5.

Skin authors: Here is a request for something simple and clean. No sound effects or rollups. I just want to unzip my files

Small file size + clean images. The basics.

you cant use them under 9.6, since it is completly different skin engine. Of course, there is an longhorn skin for WB that you could use, but you have to download it and install it manually since it is not made for PA specifically...

That might be worth a try. What is WB? Do you happen to have a link by chance?
