Info in Manual.txt

It would be nice if Manual.txt actually listed the formats supported by
PACOMP, PAEXT etc.
Also include limitations of each format (as supported by PACL) e.g.
Maximum source file size supported.
Maximum number of source files supported.
Maxumum archive file size supported.

I'd also like to see more detail on PASPAN.

Does it work with any binary file, or only zip files (or only files that end in zip).

Of the formats supported by PACL (4.01) - only Zip files can be split by PASPAN.
