7zip

thought everyone would like to know that using standard method for compression and then sfx a 7zip file would make it larger than a normal zip sfx file.

That would be dependent on the data compressed and the SFX stub used to make the SFX.

It's very dependent on the data then. Try the same with a nightly Firefox distribution and you'll see a huge advantage for 7-Zip.
