[FIXED] ftp not available

Is the ftp app available in Pro-Buisness? Or do i have to purchase the toolbox? In configurations it is listed as ftp (pro)but when i select it it pops up a purchase screen for toolbox

Full client is in Toolbox, just sending to FTP (like File: Send) is in Pro.

You can just purchase Pro and email support to give you free upgrade to Tbx (w/o BD IS)

I just did purchase Pro-business, so how would i send a file if the interface won't open? Quite confusing

a. You can get free upgrade :-).
b. It works in File menu> Send interface.
Same with Burner.. you can burn files via File> Burn, but you cant access full Burner without Tbx.

If you are using Modern interface, it is even easier as it is on Home tab, under File.

I do not have those selections ,all i see is "Mail Archive" in send.
When i go to about PA ,it informs me
"This product is licensed to: Xerox
PowerArchiver personal license english
Shouldn't say , PowerArchiver pro-business license english??? or something with pro in it?

when i register with your key (from your last upgrade order), it tells me Pro in about box... in any case, Mili has sent you Tbx key and it will all *magically* go away :-)

It's funny because i used the new key from the upgrade order on a machine that had a previous version of PA installed and a machine that i just finished building (clean no PA) and they are mirrors of each other. I'll try the new key and if everything is cool. We are done.thanks for all the quick replies. PA team has fantastic support!!
