copy disc to iso in 2011

I tried to grab a disk and copy it to an iso file.

When the process started, I could see the file being created in the appropriate directory . . . even saw the size of the file increasing.

When the burner says it is done. . . . suddenly there is no file to be found.

Tried it twice. Same result.
