Size error
Please see screenshot. I right-clicked the folder and selected compress to <filename>.7z The top file's packed size is obviously an error

I recall seeing this "problem" before.
I bet the 7z compression was "solid" and that filesize is actually the size of the 7z archive? It is a limitation of "solid" archives.
