11.71.03 cosmetic bug

Noticed in last few versions, but not important.

In the extract box, the drop down menu does not fully populate with the last used locations until the mouse cursor moves over it.

i know, this is one of two things that frequently are featured in my sleep :-). I wonder if Mili, Ivan or Eugene have such things disturbing their night-time.

just some annoying explorer behavior when Windows Restart Manager tries to crash it :-)
