Kind of but no, because a user can already disable pa password manager and delete the saved passwords.

Im saying that it would be handy to have an option in password manager to set a Master password for all archives, so when encrpting you can encrpyt with new password or with master password.

This would then decrease the time it takes to password PA Files using the encrytion option.

eg. PA Master Password "123" everytime i encrypt a file using Quick Encrypt it will use the password "123" obviosly no one else would know that password bar me.

In other words its an amendment to the PA Password manager to enable a master password and an option when encrypting to use Quick Encrypt that uses the password you set or normal encrypt that askes you for a new password.
