It would be allot like PGP, Where you set yourself a password for all default encryptions. but you have the option when enrypting to change it.

A majority of company's work on the same princible, the password for your encrypted files has to be a cetain length and made up of so many charactors. This acts as your Master code which you can change at anytime.

it helps speed securing of documents and minimizing typo mistakes.

The default password would be encrpyted securely within the application logs itself so if the File was to leave the computer you would need to enter a password.

What im trying to say is it isnt a modification to the encryption as such but the way the application can manage passwords.

PA Works perfectly on encrypting docs its more of an ad-on im suggesting.
