Java and PA have nothing in common... maybe Java is using your HDD or something similar so PA slows down, but other than that, PA isnt using Java nor they are sharing anything.
There is no relation at all.

Same goes for Antivirus, it is not an known issue, but it could be happening. We are asking questions in order to be able to troubleshoot the problem you have. We can not know what it is if we dont ask the questions.

In general, PA has the fastest rar extraction you can find on the market, it is not something "normal".
