In my case I had a PA 2010 standard international license and just upgraded to PA 2011 standard using the PA 2011 legacy (!) code. I had to have 3 codes resend and try them out. I'm sick of it. well you are welcome to send us 2011 or 2012 codes that dont work and IF they really dont work, we will give you 10 licenses for free :-).
We do understand that people are impatient and that they dont have time to read things, so every time someone sends an email to support that code doesnt work, we try it out ourselves to verify that it does (or doesnt).
So if you have an problem, quick email to support and you will be helped, fast.
