It is for my system. They need to use a standard as most internet providers like bt in the uk only allow 20mb max of attachments. So what is the need for this on outlook attachments.

To think about
I have to confess i only have 320mb of ram and a large virtual memory file, as my computer is a dell 10 yes old and still working, on a windows 2000 system.
That is the average for most computers in developing worlds and people who can't afford to get a new one yet.
