Upgrade Price?

I'm offered an upgrade at one price but then when I go to pay it's a higher price. What's going on?

Also what happened to Step 4? I didn't see any step 4.

try clearing cart and then clicking on link again, that looks strange.... I will try it here as well.

I tested with my own account (i have various different test orders), and 65% stays 65%.

Step 5 is when you enter your email address so it can tie into your account but since you are already logged in, it skips it.

I can't find anything that works. Cleared basket, cleared all powerarchiver.com cookies, tried firefox and IE as well as Chrome. Price still changes.

We took our time to find this issue and fix it, so nobody should have this happen anymore.

We couldnt reproduce it in our test accounts but someone complained again today via support so our web development guys took few hours to sort through code and find the issue...

thanks a lot everyone!
