		<description>I ended up downloading the whole program and installing it over the old one, that worked.  This is on a Windows 8 Pro 64bit machine BTW.</description>

		<description>first one is not an error, it simply needs to close itself in order to update. I am not sure about actual error, try unchecking Patchbeam in update window and just update PA, does that work?</description>
